On Wednesday, January 17 Casa de la Cuesta will open their doors once again for the benefit of Centro Infantil de los Angeles, a free daycare and preschool serving children with the greatest need in San Miguel.

From this glorious venue above the center of San Miguel, you can see spectacular views, visit the world class mask museum The Other Face of Mexico at your leisure, and simply enjoy the warmth of good company and delicious muchies prepared by owner Heidi LaVasseur and her very capable staff.

San Miguel newcomer Paul Segal originally hails from San Francisco, where he played in numerous rock, blues, soul, and funk bands. Having played guitar since he was a small child, his style was heavily influenced by B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Steven Stills, James Taylor and Duane Allman. Paul moved to Provence in 2014, where he now lives, and performs with his group, BLUESVILLE, bringing american-style blues to french audiences. Paul and his wife now also live part of the year in San Miguel, where he can be heard in various venues around town.

Here’s what you need to know to bring your out-of-town company or gather up a group of friends and come enjoy a delightful afternoon of warmth and music.
